The International Labour Organization (ILO), in partnership with the National Association of Small and Cottage Industries of Bangladesh (NASCIB), is organizing a 3-day capacity building training on leadership development.

This program aims to strengthen the leadership skills of NASCIB central committee members, enabling them to play a more effective role in guiding entrepreneurs, advocating policy reforms, and fostering sustainable growth of small and cottage industries in Bangladesh.
