ABOUT NASCIB
National Association of Small and Cottage Industries of Bangladesh (NASCIB), is the Apex Private Trade Organization formed to signify moreover represent Entrepreneurs of the MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise) and Cottage Industries. NASCIB focuses on coordinating its nationwide activities in 64 Districts through the district committees under the supervision of the head office, delivering services to support economic expansion in order to increase awareness of MSME (Micro, Small, Medium Enterprise) and Cottage Industries issues. Furthermore, NASCIB collaborates with the Government to formulate and implement properly different business guidelines and policies in order to promote micro, small, medium, and cottage industries.
The National Association of Small and Cottage Industries of Bangladesh (NASCIB) was established under the Company Act. of 1913 and registered by the Ministry of Commerce, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Regd. No. 190/18, 1984-85.

জাতীয় ক্ষুদ্র ও কুটির শিল্প সমিতি, বাংলাদেশ (নাসিব) দেশের অতিক্ষুদ্র, ক্ষুদ্র, মাঝারি ও কুটির শিল্প উদ্যোক্তাদের প্রতিনিধিত্বকারী জাতীয় পর্যায়ের সর্ববৃহৎ বেসরকারি সংগঠন। বেসরকারি খাতের সর্ববৃহৎ সংগঠন হিসেবে নাসিব প্রধান কার্যালয় কর্তৃক নিয়ন্ত্রিত দেশের ৬৪টি জেলা শাখার মাধ্যমে নাসিব অতি ক্ষুদ্র, ক্ষুদ্র, মাঝারী ও কুটির শিল্প উদ্যোক্তাদের সেবা প্রদান ও দেশের অর্থনৈতিক উন্নয়নে এ খাতের ভূমিকাকে অর্থবহ করে তোলার জন্য সুবিন্যস্ত ও সুসংহত ভাবে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে। এছাড়া অতিক্ষুদ্র, ক্ষুদ্র, মাঝারি ও কুটির শিল্পের উন্নয়ন ও সম্প্রসারনের লক্ষ্যে নীতিমালা প্রণয়ন এবং বাস্তবায়নে বেসরকারী সংগঠন হিসাবে নাসিব সরকারের সাথে কাজ করে যাচ্ছে।
নাসিব কোম্পানি আইন ১৯১৩ অনুযায়ী গণ-প্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশ সরকারের বাণিজ্য মন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীনে নিবন্ধিত জয়েন্ট স্টক কোম্পানিজ অ্যান্ড ফার্মস এর নিবন্ধন- ১৯০/১৮, ১৯৮৪-৮৫। দি ফেডারেশন অব বাংলাদেশ চেম্বারস্ অব কমার্স এন্ড ইন্ডাষ্ট্রি (এফবিসিসিআই) অধিভূক্ত প্রথম শ্রেণীর এসোসিয়েশন।
